one of my employees broke on accident I was able to tell the
owner of
the vehicle as they were checking out of there hotel room that

Dear Brian, Thank you so so much for
all you did. When I went on the internet to look for for a glass
shop in san Diego I could not not believe how many there were.
I'm in a small town in Minnesota where we might have two or
three.
When I called at 8:00 pm planning to leave a message you picked
the phone only to be as helpful as anyone could expect. My son
goes to school out there and when he returned from winter break
some one had broken into his car. You took the time to explain
to me exactly what needed to be done we called state farm that
night and my son had a
new door glass in by 9:00 the next morning. Thank you for
turning such
an uneventful experience into a pleasant one

one of the guys back into something and broke yet another back
